George and Tony Entertainment Show

Gallifrey One 2017

Rob Shade, the man who designed the logo for Buzz Burbank News and Comment (another great show on the RELM Network), returns to fill in for Tony so he can tell George about his adventures at Gallifrey One, the 29th Annual North American Doctor Who celebration. His awkward encounters with Naoko Mori are worth the price of admission but he doesn't stop there as he shares stories about panels, meeting John Hurt last year, and schools George on Blake's 7 and The Thick Of it. It's a lot of British pop culture thrown into one episode. Plus, George checks out the Alex Ross exhibit at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia. And, of course, Rob rants.

George and Tony Entertainment Show #160

Comics Are Like What, Now?

George is joined by Kristina Moorhead and Kristen Unger of Comic Logic in Ashburn, VA. Check them out at www.comiclogicva.com. Kristina and Kristen give some more insight about the retail side of comics and graphic novels, give us some recommendations, tell us about their prized possessions, and...hula hooping?

As heard on the show, you can find Kristina's creations on etsy.com/shop/zombisaur; you can find out more about NOVA Con, coming to the Ritz-Carlton in Tysons Corner, VA the last weekend in July, at www.novacomic-con.com; and you can learn more about the photographic and videographic services offered at www.ImageQuality1.com by checking their website.

Thank you for leaving those five-star reviews on iTunes. Please continue to ask your friends to do the same. We can't grow the show without you.

George and Tony Entertainment Show #159

The Bane Of My Existence

After her successful debut on episode 153, George's wife Connie makes her triumphant return to fill in as guest hostess with the mostest. Connie and George reveal how little they know about this year's Grammy nominees. Then, in the romantic spirit of Valentine's Day, George reveals how he fell for Connie after literally seeing her across a crowded room. They share some stories about their eventual honeymoon, including the tale of the bane of George's existence.

George and Tony Entertainment Show #158

The Theme Versus The Thrill

Someone told us there was a super game of some significance that went into overtime and bowled everyone over but we won't be discussing that on this episode.

Rob Shade, the man who designed the logo for Buzz Burbank News and Comment found along with us at www.relmnetwork.com, returns to fill in for Tony to discuss wedding planning, the theme park trifecta of the west coast, Weapon Brown, and Mary Tyler Moore. Plus, Rob rants!

We are trying to grow our reviews and ratings on iTunes and other podcast platforms. Please take the time to leave us a five star review so like-minded people can find the show and help us change the world one podcast at a time. Also, check out episode 152 in our archives to hear Rob's proposal to Amy!
