Telltale Pipes

This week's episode is chock full o' fun so we'll just give you the bullet points: Tony in Mississippi, George's plumbing woes, the Emmys and fall TV relevancy, evil business people, voter fickleness, and Tony loves Lynda Carter (from at least a court dictated five mile radius).

George and Tony Entertainment Show #138

Baltimore Comic Con 2016 Act III

The trio. The triumvirate. The trifecta. All great things deserve a trilogy...but we gave ourselves one anyway. This is the third and final installment featuring interviews George conducted at this year's Baltimore Comic Con. Well, these two SHOULD have been done at the convention but thanks to user error, the discussions on this week's show were done as a post script after the show.

First up is podcasting icon Darrell Taylor of www.taylornetworkofpodcasts.com who trusted George to hit the record button this time. He talks about podcasting, comics, and an unhealthy infatuation with current Batman scribe Tom King...all from the lean, mean streets of New York City. Then we hear from artist and entrepeneur Kevin Bednarz of Comic Logic in Ashburn, VA (www.comiclogicva.com) who tells us about all his business ventures: Comic Logic, The Ashburn Pub, and the latest and greatest Comic Con for you to get excited about in July 2017 - NOVACON!!! All that plus geocaching and MCA Day.

Darrell was also on episode 93 and you can briefly hear Kevin at the end of episode 66 (recorded at Comic Logic on Free Comic Book Day 2015). Check our archives on iTunes and www.georgeandtony.com and share our links on your social media pages. Don't forget those five-star reviews also help us promote the show.

George and Tony Entertainment Show #133

Blame It On Rio

It's Olympic-sized fun as our heroes are joined by one of George's best friends, Rob Tredger, to discuss the Games of the XXXI Olympiad in Rio. They talk about it all - the fun, the foibles, the triumphs, and the tragedies. Plus, the reason Rob joins the boys is so he and George can talk about their trip to the Olympic Games in Atlanta in 1996. Cue the fanfare, summon the heroes, sit back, and enjoy the show.
